About Bitter End Coffee House
Bitter End Coffee House is a coffee shop in Grand Rapids, Michigan. It is listed at 752 Fulton St W, Grand Rapids, MI 49504, which places it among the local businesses of Grand Rapids that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by.
Coffee in the United States is served by three kinds of places: national chains with drive-thrus and mobile ordering, independent neighborhood cafes that double as a workspace or a meeting spot, and specialty shops that roast their own beans or buy single-origin lots and brew them by pour-over, espresso or cold brew. Most open between 6 and 7 a.m. on weekdays, slightly later on weekends, and the busiest hour is the commute rush before 9. A drip coffee runs a few dollars, espresso drinks and specialty pours more, and tipping a dollar or a percentage on the card reader is customary but not required. Nearly every cafe offers free Wi-Fi, though some limit laptop seating at peak times or on weekends, and outlets are often the scarce resource.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. The most common schedule is Open 24 hours. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach Bitter End Coffee House at (616) 451-6061; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. I debated leaving a one star and saying itβs horrible just so too many people donβt go here π special place! Max level charm and character, chill, great vibes. Or maybe it sucks and you should just go to the big corporate coffee place who knows One night a couple yrs back I was there and they ran out of ice and couldnβt make my drink, well.. right up until one of the workers literally ran down to the party store to get ice. Love it.

Amazing Coffee!!! Huge selection of Torani flavors to choose from and tons and tons of drinks on the menu! Very cozy atmosphere, however the location is small and easy to miss if you arenβt looking for it. Also to note that it is extremely understaffed so expect to wait in a line. I had the most amazing iced latte ever there though and I love that they give the option to make any of there signature fun flavored lattes skinny! (My order was an iced latte with 2 pumps brown sugar/cinnamon sugar free syrups, 1 pump vanilla sugar free syrup, and 1 pump caramel sugar free syrup, with cinnamon on top. It was to DIE for!)

Absolutely horrible and terrible customer service. The way they treat people is extremely rude. Just the way they treated me and my friend. We went inside and sat down after a couple of minutes, they started profiling us. And questioning us on whether we were going to order. mind you, we were making ourselves comfortable before we could order, and I had been a previous customer. They didn't come with this kind of energy to anyone else in there. And i've noticed other people have shared similar stories of not being treated well, i've worked in similar jobs, and it 's really not that difficult to treat people with kindness and human decency. the way they talk to you, you can tell these people, don't want you there, moreover, the food and drinks are horrible and not even worth the stress. If I was even getting my money's worth, maybe I would have justified that sort of behavior. but a two year old could make better drinks. Do not recommend don't eat here. Save your money and go next door to Midnight Express, they have way better service and food.

I was excited to finally visit this establishment and meet friends for a quick business discussion. Upon arriving, no one was at the register, so I sat down planning to order shortly. I wasnβt aware of the 10-minute ordering policy. When a staff member approached us, the rule was communicated in a rude and unwelcoming way. I understand policies, but delivery matters. A little kindness and professionalism goes a long way. We chose to leave and went to Eden Cafe instead, where we enjoyed great drinks, fresh bakery items, and excellent customer service. Respect and professionalism should always be at the forefront of customer interactions. You never know who someone is or who they may be connected to, and first impressions matter.

Bitter End is such a perfect late-night hangout, especially for midnight owls or a group of friends who just want to meet up for coffee and good conversation. One of the biggest plus points is that itβs open 24/7, which is amazing because most places in Grand Rapids close by 11. We tried a hot white chocolate mocha and a cold mocha both were a bit too sweet for our taste, but still enjoyable. Their croissants, though, are my absolute favorite, and the staff are incredibly sweet and friendly. Overall, this is my top go-to spot to hang out with friends after midnight. Highly recommend for late-night coffee vibes! β¨
